We review and match
We review each inquiry and consider which licensed commercial broker's experience fits the property type, location, and your goal. We may contact you first to clarify details.
A broker contacts you, with your permission
With your permission, we introduce you to a commercial broker who can discuss your property and representation options. An inquiry does not create a representation agreement. Any brokerage services are provided by the receiving broker.
What we share, and when
We share your contact details and property information with a receiving broker only after you have authorized it and a referral arrangement with that broker is in place. We don't sell your information or share it for unrelated marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Referral compensation
